1957 LINCOLN PREMIERE COUPE
This beautiful lady I found for sale in
Carlisle Pa. in 1990, the gentleman selling the car, was selling the
car for his mother, he put a cheap coat of paint on her and new seat
covers, it was not a show car as it is now, but his dad was a local
Doctor, and they maintained the car well, so I took her home, the
first six photos are the car unrestored
This is a very rare car, I have written
documentation of 86 still existing out of the 15,185 built, the LCOC
says 39 still exist, she was built on 01/23/57, and was lucky number
25 off the line that day
I spent from 1990 to 1997 finding NOS and other
parts needed to give her a proper restoration, then in 1998 she was
restored to the beauty she is today, she's won over 100 first place
trophies, and is still winning.
